Appointments

Spray tanning and related appointments are subject to Shade Collective's booking and cancellation policies presented during the booking process.

These policies may address deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, no-shows, and other appointment-specific requirements.

By completing a booking, you agree to the policies presented to you during that booking.

Payments

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payments and deposits may be processed by third-party payment processors, including Square, Stripe, and QuickBooks.

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Any payment plans, recurring payments, deposits, or installment arrangements are also subject to the terms presented at the time of purchase and, where applicable, the terms of the applicable payment provider.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, and refund terms may differ depending on the service or program purchased.

Appointment-specific policies are provided during the booking process.

Training, coaching, mentorship, memberships, packages, events, and other specialized offerings may be subject to separate agreements or purchase terms. When separate terms or agreements are provided, those terms will govern that offering.

Memberships and Packages

Memberships, packages, prepaid services, and similar offerings may be subject to additional terms concerning billing, minimum commitments, expiration, cancellation, pauses, included services, and other conditions.

Those terms will be disclosed at enrollment or purchase and will supplement these Terms.

Training, Education, Coaching, and Mentorship

Shade Collective offers professional education and business-related services, which may include spray tan training, coaching, mentorship, educational resources, and other programs.

Participation in an educational program does not guarantee a particular business, financial, career, certification, licensing, or professional outcome.

Clients and students remain responsible for their own business decisions and for complying with licensing, regulatory, tax, insurance, health, safety, and other requirements applicable to their businesses or professional activities.

Certain programs may require a separate enrollment agreement or contract. If a separate agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the separate agreement will control with respect to that program.

Educational Information

Information provided through our website, training programs, coaching, mentorship, social media, or other educational materials is provided for general educational purposes.

Nothing provided by Shade Collective should be interpreted as legal, tax, accounting, medical, or financial advice. When appropriate, you should consult a qualified professional regarding your individual circumstances.

Results and Service Expectations

Spray tanning results can vary based on factors including skin condition, preparation, aftercare, products used, activities, environmental conditions, and individual skin characteristics.

While Shade Collective strives to provide high-quality professional services, we cannot guarantee identical results for every client or guarantee the duration or appearance of any particular tan.

Clients are responsible for following preparation, rinse, and aftercare instructions provided by Shade Collective.

Minors

Individuals under 18 may receive certain services only in accordance with Shade Collective's minor-consent requirements.

Purchases of training, coaching, mentorship, memberships, or other contractual programs may require the purchaser to be at least 18 years old or to have the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content on this website and materials created by Shade Collective—including text, branding, graphics, photographs owned by Shade Collective, educational materials, training resources, documents, videos, techniques, guides, downloads, and course content—are owned by or licensed to Shade Collective LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, share, teach from, commercially exploit, or create derivative materials from protected Shade Collective content without prior written permission.
