Most tans last 7–10 days with proper prep and care. Longevity depends on your skin type, lifestyle, and skincare routine.

2. How do I prepare for a spray tan?
Exfoliate, shave or wax at least 24 hours before your appointment. Show up with clean, product-free skin—no lotion, deodorant, perfume, or makeup.

3. What should I wear to my spray tan appointment?
Loose, dark clothing and sandals are ideal. Avoid anything tight or clingy after your session.

4. How long should I wait to shower after my spray tan?
It depends on the solution. All of our solutions can be adjusted to be rinsed anywhere from 2-8+ hours. Either way, your tan will fully develop by the 24-hour mark.

5. What’s the difference between a rapid tan and an 8-hour tan?
Just rinse time. Both deliver the same quality, depth of color, and longevity. Rapid is simply more convenient if you're on the go, we’ll tailor your application technique accordingly.

6. Will I turn orange?
Not with us. We use high-end, color-correcting solutions custom matched to your skin tone for natural, never-orange results.

7. Can I work out after a spray tan?
Hold off on sweating or water exposure for at least 24 hours to avoid disrupting the tan as it develops.

8. Is spray tanning safe during pregnancy?
Generally, yes but always consult your doctor. Our solutions are free from fragrance and harsh additives, making them suitable for most sensitive skin types.

9. How do I make my spray tan last longer?
Moisturize daily, avoid long hot showers and exfoliating products, and drink plenty of water. Bonus points for using our tan-safe hydrating lotion.

10. Do you offer bridal spray tans?
Yes, bridal is our specialty. We recommend scheduling a trial 3–4 weeks before your wedding for a dialed-in shade and perfect fade.

11. Can I get a spray tan with sensitive skin?
Yes. Our formulas are gentle, hydrating, and free of ingredients that typically trigger irritation.

12. How do you protect my nails and hair during a spray tan?
We take extra care, barrier cream is applied to hands, feet, and around the nails. We use wipes to protect polish, and hair nets to guard your hair, especially blonde, bleached, or color-treated strands. White and natural nails? We’ve got you covered.

13. Do you offer mobile spray tanning?
Yes! We offer select mobile appointments throughout San Diego by request.

14. What’s the difference between a professional spray tan and self-tanner?
Professional spray tans are expertly customized and applied for better tone, fade, and evenness - no streaks, no guesswork.

15. How much does a spray tan cost?

16. Can I spray tan before a vacation?
Yes, schedule it as close to your trip as possible. Just remember: a tan is not SPF. You’ll still need sunscreen.
