Cancellation Policy

At Shade Co. we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness for all clients and respect for our team’s schedule, we uphold the following policies:

• Same-Day Changes: Any same-day cancellations or rescheduling requests will incur a $50 fee.

• No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full price of the service booked, including any add-ons.

• Grace Period: We allow a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be considered a no-show and subject to the full-service charge.

• Membership Clients: All membership holders are held to the same cancellation and no-show policies.
